I just watched this infomercial about a ropeless jump rope that claims it's good for any fitness level. At under $100.00 it's not terribly expensive. The big sell on it is the computerized tracker that you enter your height/weight and it counts workout time and tells you how you are doing. I googled it and found one comment that states you can pick up a few weights and jump around for free, which makes perfect sense ... but before I go pounding a hole through the floor via airborne fat rolls (lol) and have a heart attack doing it, I thought I'd post about it first. Another internet comment stated that this is not as beginner friendly as it claims to be, which alarms me. I definitely consider myself in with the beginners. It has a website, just add .com to the name and you're there.

I almost posted this in the exercize section, but I saw alot of infomercial stuff here so I posted it here.

I saw that infomercial. I thought it looked like fun. I bought a real jump rope a while ago. Then I realized there's not enough room in my apt. to use a jump rope without hitting furniture, the TV, etc. every time I jump.

It does make sense that you can use weights and jump for free. I'm so bored with the gym and my current workout DVDs. I would love to try this.
