I know a while back we had weekly threads going for food journals, water journals and exercise journals. They really helped me, so I am going to try to start one up again. I have never been very good at true food diaries, so what I am going to try to do is just post how I did the past day. Please feel free to post how you are doing also, and change the format to whatever works best for you. It always helps me to stay accountable.

It looks so awful to post it! But, I have to admit to myself that I have not been giving this my best effort, and move on. I will do better today!

Did better yesterday,
Still not OP, but I trying to snack on carrots and fruit instead of cookies
30 minutes treadmill
25 minutes toning with toning ball
I just gotta get on track with the food!

Did better yesterday.
Pretty much OP until dinner, then overdid it some, I am going to have to really work on that

Water - 2 sport bottles (about 1.5L)
Exercise - 3 mile walk, 10 minutes exercise bike
Eating - did very well all day, snacked on carrots and low fat graham crackers instead of cookies (threw the cookies out!)

Not to bad, best day so far, had a small piece of cake at work, otherwise did very well
40 minutes treadmill
Abs and Arms
the weekend was not too bad, I walked 3 miles on Saturday but nothing yesterday. Diet was not too bad other than indulging in some potato chips. Well they are all gone and we aren't getting anymore!! I've been keeping up with my water, 2 bottles a day so I feel really good about that.
Nic -you are doing so great with your water!! I'm impressed :D

Food- Bad, I had a migraine, so I ate and ate and ate!
Exercise- 20 minutes bike
Food- Not to bad, again, a few to many cookies
Exercise- 35 minutes Power Step tape, best workout I've had so far! :D

Food- Bad, went out for late dinner, ate to much and snacked beforehand
Food- Bad, went out with friends, and snacked way to much on bad stuff
Exercise- Took down Christmas tree and re-arranged living room
Water- 100 oz
I really need to work on the snacking part. I thought that once the Christmas stuff was gone it would be easier, but I was wrong. I really need to work on getting back OP.
Dec 31 - good day foodwise, didn't exercise, 2 bottles of water
Jan 1 - good day with food, no exercise,2 bottles of water
Jan 2 - excellent food day, walked 3 miles, biked 20 min, stretching, 64 oz water

Food- Not horrible, still to much snakcing, I really need to try to stay strictly OP
Exercise- 30 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes toning ball
Water- 115 oz
Yesterday I ate okay, a little too much snacking in the evening but they were healthy snacks not junk food. Exercise was about the same as the day before and I drank 80 oz of water. Nic I am starting to catch up with you!

Food- Not to bad, I really have to work on the snacking after I get home from work, I either eat to much of the healthy snacks, or I just eat cookies.
Exercise- 40 minutes treadmill
Water- 128 oz
Did not have the greatest day yesterday, due to my stomach being sore all day. Walked for an hour in the mall, snacked too much (at least they were healthy snacks!) and drank only 48 oz water. Sigh! Today will be better.
