HI, Michele,

I am new here to 3FC's. I also have the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds DVDs. I never used them long enough to see definite results. So, can you tell me your experience with the walking? How many miles do you do a day? Do you find that you actually lose weight by following Leslie's simple routines? I was looking to getting a gym membership but if Walk Away the Pounds works just as well. I might as well try it. I thank you in advance for your comments!

I have been a WATP user for about 5 years. I have lost about 30 pounds in the last year and a half. I find that I need to watch my calories and walk a LOT to lose weight. I wear a pedometer ALL the time and try to consistently get 10000+ steps each day. I'm not always successful, but most of the time I'm at or above that mark. Others who post on this forum have lost much more weight than I have.

Today I did Fast & Firm 4 Really BIG Miles. Now I'm going to shower and eat lunch. Then I'm going shopping and my family is taking me out to dinner to celebrate my birthday!

Today was Day 4 doing 4 Really BIG Miles! I think I may continue and do the 10-Day Challenge and see if I can drop some pounds!

I managed to do my 2 Mile Express with Stretchie for Thursday, my arms were pretty sore Wednesday so I was glad to get back to my stretchie. I ordered the Walk Strong Express DVD and cant WAIT until it gets here, I plan to use it twice a week for more strength training.

Hi all,
I'm new to this thread, but not new to Leslie. I haven't been working out as much this summer, with the kids out of school, so today was the first day of school and I was able to workout without interuption.
And boy, do I feel good!!!! I've been p.o.'d at my hubby this week, so I decided to do Walk&Kick, so I could punch him out. Ha! It was so much fun. After that, I felt so invigorated that I did Power Mile also. I'm excited to get back into my routine of walking.
Take care,
Donna

I got my Walk Strong Express DVD in the mail today and was WAY too excited . I did this workout for the first time Friday and let me say its the BEST. I Love the extra strength training and brisk walking combo. I REALLY worked up a sweat, its equivalent to a 2 mile walk so Ill try to fit this workout in 2 or 3 times per week.

Glad you like it, adah! Unfortunately, I fell off the walking wagon this weekend. We were back-to-school shopping ALL day Saturday, so I didn't do a workout. Yesterday, we decided to have a family day and went to see Shrek the Third at the movie theatre. It's more than a 30-minute drive each way (plus we did a little shopping before and after). When we got home, it was time to cook supper and then my tummy was full, so I just didn't do a workout. I'll get back to it today, though!

Have a a great week!

Michele

I got my new WATP in the mail (Walk Away Your Waistline), so I HAD to do it even though I already did 4 miles. It was a good 3 mile workout with the ab belt. I ordered an extra set of cords for the belt to bump it up, but one try told me I'm not quite ready for that yet! 7 miles for me today!
