Weight loss will slow down so don't be upset if you don't lose 7 pounds next week!

Tomorrow is my 1 week weigh in so I will update you guys on my first week loss :)

It seems the more weight you have to lose, the quicker you seem to lose it. I was losing 10-12 lbs a month when I was doing Induction. I still keep my carbs quite low...between 25-30. I mainly added occasional nuts, berries & yogurt.

Congratulations on your loss!!!:carrot:

I've completed exactly 2 weeks (today is day 15 for me) and I've lost 7 lbs. You lost that in one week? wow! Good for you!!!

I think it does come off faster the more you have to lose. I cant remember exactly but I lost about 10lbs the first two weeks then It slowed down to about 2lbs a week.

ebplus3, Congrats on your first 2 weeks down!

Thank you! At first I was a little discouraged but I'm going to stick with it and see what happens.
