Introductions - Newbie from Australia...

Hi guys,

I'm belle from Australia. I'm looking for some support to help me on my weight loss journey. Someone from Oz would be great! Looking forward to meeting some great new friends.

PS how do you get one of those weight bars that show you how much you have lost etc?

You can get a ticker by either a) going to the link in the purple bar that says "User CP", click on "Edit Signature" in the left sidebar, and follow the link to the 3FC Tickers and follow the instructions..or b)goto Tickerfactory.com and create a ticker, and copy and paste the code into your signature box (again in the User CP menu options.)
