I Lost, I lost, I lost...
I had my first weigh-in today and was down 4 lbs. It would have been better if I had not eaten out last night (beefstew at Cracker Barrel) but I was pleased. Now to keep it up. I will add exercise next week. I find trying to do it all at one time is overwhelming for me. I'm a wuss, but a determined wuss

Yeah!!! So you've also learned a great lesson -- you can still have a splurge (Cracker Barrell) and if you continue to stay on track, you'll lose, lose, lose!!!
