Hello,
I just joined this forum today after stumbling upon this site a few weeks ago. I wanted to read up on the Fat Smash diet and my research brought me to this fantastic site. My boyfriend and I started today on the Extreme Fat Smash diet and are really excited. I have previously tried a few diets with some success but I always gained the weight back. I think being able to track your weight loss online will be an incredible motivator.
I can't wait to explore this site more and see what great tips there are!
