Did 4.5 miles in 48:33-surprised myself, didn't even feel like going out today. Woke up late, and tired.

I guess that Deb and I are enjoying living in Florida,

I went out and walked 3 miles this am in 47 min. The weather was really nice. Not too hot, not too cold, but enough to work up a great sweat.

Did 45 minutes of intervals and mountain climb on bike, 210 abs.

Tuesday- Lifted fork to mouth 500 times. Washed 65 dishes.

Wednesday- Did 4 mile run, will lift real weights this afternoon to undo yesterday's food lifting!

Did my 4.5 miles in an all time new pace of 46:13!!!! 10 seconds better than my previous best time!!!:spin:

Punishing workout day! 30 minutes of intervals, 180 abs, lifted heavy for 60 minutes, then 1 mile cooldown walk with Cleo. Chugging water now! off damn pounds! off!

30 minutes on stationary bike, 200 abs, the GREAT weight workout! Added 2-5 pounds to all exercises, felt great!
