Introductions - Newbie from No. California - Ready to Lose!

Hi Everyone!

I'm Teri from No. California, 51 years young.

I'm now serious and committed to losing weight. From July 1 to 16, I lost my first four pounds, which excited me and deepened my dedication alot!

I know pretty much know *how* and *what* to eat (how much, too), and now I'm in my third week of applying that ... and walking one mile 4 to 5 times a week with my dogs.
