Hi everybody!
I just signed up here after reading a million posts... I'm actually quite overwhelmed with the wealth of information!! This website looks pretty awesome, and I'm hoping to get the motivation I need to continue on this weight loss journey. I've got a 10 year high school reunion coming up in a few months, and I don't want to go back there 70 pounds or so heavier than when I left!
Almost a year ago I read "Intuitive Eating" and have been trying to make healthy eating part of my life. I have also started working our very regularly (almost every day) and am worried that I won't be able to keep up the pace for much longer than a few months (I never have been able to!).
Well, I don't want to ramble on, just wanted to say hi and thank everyone for helping me out with their posts. I am so amazed at some of the achievements you all have had.
Lastly, let me mention that this thing is hilarious --> :carrot:
I had to sign up after I saw that.
