i can't post a loss (i'm pretty sure i'm down tho ) because I can't stand up straight to get on the scale! LOL

back's been out about 2 days, but i'm on the mend - i can get around a little now! yay!

BTW it'll be AWESOME carrying 100 lbs. LESS of me around when this happens in future!!!!!

Me too! I fell this weekend and my back is making me pay for it. I look a bit like a question mark.

On the upside, 100 pounds from now your back won't flare up nearly as often. Back when I was at 146 my herniated disk rarely bothered me. It's one of the things I look forward to when I lose the weight.

Hope you're standing tall tomorrow and can check out that scale and get credit for your loss.

Oh Trazey I am so sorry to hear about your back. You've certainly got a good attitude. I hope you have a speedy recovery.

I just want to mention this about walking around with the extra weight. It IS incredible the difference walking around with 155 lbs less or yes, 100 lbs less as well. The other day I was caught in a downpour. I was out walking and boom the skies just opened up and I was drenched. No umbrella. I was about 7 short blocks from my home. I wasn't interested in waiting it out. So I continued walking. Well my clothing was saturated in no time at all. I couldn't get over just how much harder it was to walk with all the added weight of the water. It was difficult in fact. I can't believe that I was walking around with so much added weight for so many years. No wonder I preferred sitting on the couch. Very eye opening. It really made me stop and think.

Anyway, here's to better days and lighter ones at that.

Hiya Trazey!
Just think, when you're all better, you can get on the scale and have a great loss!! You'll be pleasantly surprised how much better your joints feel when you lose weight. I was a walking ball of joint pain-now, no pain....!!!!
Good luck with your healing!!

You know when I first started exercising and really being on plan, I had two consecutive injuries. I really think that those are added to see how committed you really are and how hard you can fight back. I know you'll do great and fight back!

Feel better soon!
