Hi! Let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Marissa and I am 29. I have 2 babies 1 year apart. My youngest is 3 weeks 2 days and now I have to lose weight. The baby weight came off easy for some reason but now I am stuck with flabby belly and pre-preggo weight and depression weight as well. I had 3 losses before I had my first baby so that is where the depression comes in. I am in need of support and thought this would be a great community to get some help. I was 190 pre-pg and 215 at my baby's birth. I am 190 again...but would love to lose 45 pounds. Any support would be great! TIA
You'll find lots of people here who know what you're going through! You can lose that weight and feel better, improve your health!
