Thumbs up Look at my ticker!! Yay!

Well according to the digital scale I originally weighed on, I have lost 5 pounds! Oh I hope the scale is correct, because every single scale I have weighed on has been different. I am gonna stick to this one scale and trust it is correct.

What do you guys do when different scales say different things?

I just stick with my scale and figure it is all relative. The actual number isn't relevant, just so the numbers go down!

Good job on your loss!!!

First of all, congratulations on the loss! Way to go! Only four more pounds to reach a new century.

I stick to one scale. I have weighed on different scales the same day, and they have varied by as much as 10 pounds. The fact is, it doesn't matter that it's 100% accurate - it only matters that it's consistent so that it can give you consistent feedback so you can accurately understand the changes in your body. BUT - I do like to weigh on the scale at the gym occasionally just so I can see how far I've come on that scale as well.

Yeah I just stick to one scale and go with it. Then I know I am losing X weight, even if the scale is off a little.

Way to go on your loss!! Those first few pounds always come as a relief...a reassurance that you can do this

Congratulations!!!! All of the pounds are exciting to lose, but that first 5 pounds gives you that extra ounce of motivation to stick to it.

Great job! Congratulations! Yup, take one scale and use that one only or you'll drive yourself nuts.

GREAT WEIGHT LOSS. I only count my weigh in on Wednesdays. I go to tops and that is the weight I go by. I do weigh myself at home everyday but I do not record that weight. It changes everyday but that does not frustrate me because I know it will do that.

Keep with one scale. I weighed in last week on my scales and they were heavier than the ones at WW. I will stick with the WW ones since they are the ones that count! I weigh tomorrow to see what my first week loss is. I don't feel good about it since I feel a little backed up in the plumbing dept. Too bad it wasn't yesterday!! Was that TMI? Oh well, being real
