Breakfast:
Banana
Weight Control Oatmeal

Lunch:
4 cups of salad w/Balsalmic Vinegar Dressing

Breakfast:
Whole wheat English muffin w/natural peanut butter and fruit spread

Lunch:
Leftover chicken/pasta/tomatoes from last night's dinner out

Snack:
Will be - Breyer's Light Yogurt

Dinner:
No idea yet!
