Rhonda - YESSS!!!!!!! I'm so happy for you. Great start indeed!!!!

I am down 2 lbs to 132 lbs. I never, EVER remember being this thin. I weighed more on my wedding day and I weighed more then that throughout high school.

I am down 4 lbs this week. I went back to measuring everything again. I think I was being a little too generous on portions and it was making my calorie intake a bit on the highish side for losing. Oh well, I am back on track! :dancer:

Down 5 pounds this week. That makes 41 total. I can't wait to get out of the 250's. It's such a benchmark weight that just thinking of being below it makes me feel better.

Ooooh, great losses, everyone.

I'm down 6.2 pounds this week, making it 23.4 pounds since I started weight watchers in April. I'd gained two pounds last week, so the first part of this week I was really good, and watching what I was doing, and drinking a ton of water. And then on Friday, I was so busy I forgot to eat breakfast and dinner, and on Sunday, I was busy reading the Harry Potter book, so I only remembered to eat breakfast. :)

But 23 pounds means I hit my 10% goal!

Down 0.5 this week. Had a great week followed by a stressful weekend with lots of bad food choices (truth is, I wasn't even TRYING to stay on my plan -- I was just trying to get through the weekend!) Here I am, starting fresh this week!

Wow! Amazing losses for so many people. I'm almost embarrassed to report. After a week of fluctuating scale and fluctuating effort (some Herculean, some frustrated giving up when my food "disappeared" when I was out of town), I am down by a single pound. But the scale is at least moving in the right direction. Almost down to the decade before Onederland!

In the prior thread (last week's) I said that I think I have a 2lb loss, this morning when I weighed myself in it actually showed up as a 4lb loss. I've modified my mini goal to say 4lb, but rest of the tickers will show only 2lb loss. My weigh in day is Friday so I will begin reporting it on a right day.

In other news, today was the first day I excercised in the morning. I wonder if I can do a double a couple times a week.
Allright as much as I don't want to leave you girls chatting, I must run to work.

219. 2 pounds and I survived the weekend of being on TOM and caving and ordering some pizza [I threw the rest out the next morning], and having such bad cramps I couldn't work out. Of course it's all back on plan now and I'm even more moivated. 6 pounds in just under 2 weeks :) Woohoo!

Ugh...up a pound. My body seems to want to hover here around 173. I was 173 at the beginning of the month and now I'm back here again....sigh. I guess it's true that you really do have to get much more strict when you're close to your goal. People keep telling me I can eat whatever I want since I'm running a kazillion miles, and of course I know that's not true, but you WOULD think burning thousands of calories might help!! :p

Ok, umm....scratch that last post. I normally weigh right after a run, and today I waited until 11 to run...so I weighed again and I'm DOWN a pound. Heck, I'll take that one. It's still weigh-in day, right? Ok, it's sort of cheating, but not really... :lol:

I am supposed to weigh in Monday...but I haven't been feeling well, so I haven't been online...

I didn't lose ALOT, but I have reached my first 10 pound goal...YAY!!

The bad news is I didn't lose anything. The good news is I didn't gain anything. Stayed the same. I feel a plateau coming on. Time to increase the exercise and decrease the calories for a couple days.

I completely forgot to weigh in last week, but as of this past Monday (three days ago), I'm at 92.4, which is 4.2 pounds less than two weeks ago. I also weighed in at 91.6 this morning, but it won't be official until Monday. :carrot:

11.6 pounds to being "overweight!"

So here it is...Friday weigh-in.
I began on Monday prior week, and therefore this week on Monday it looked like a 4lb loss, but since I decided to do a Friday weigh-in, I've only recorded 2lb...on a grand scale...and 4lb on a mini goal one.
Since Monday 7/16 here is where I stand: 260 pounds. A total loss of 7 pounds.
Strange though I stood on the scale 3 times this morning: first time it said 258, and then 260 two times in a row... I just don't know what to believe...so I will be modest. This week I really tried to be great (yes 3 more days to go, as today has only begone!)

Again Congrats to everyone. Thank you so much for all of your support through good and hard times...

I'm down 2 lbs this week. I'm moving slow with my weight loss, but that's okay! It is coming off and that is what matters. :D I have, however, passed the 50-lbs-lost mark!!! :woohoo:

WTG on knowing your body so well. I agree I also know but sometimes the losses don't come and the next weight loss is bigger.
