Just Joined Today, Was Looking For Information On Ss Program And Found This Site, I Would Love To Track My Weight Loss Here, And Also Gain New Friends, I Walk 5 Days Aweek With My Friend Already,
But I Need To Start The Diet And Muscle Exercise Plan. Now I Don't Know If I Did This Right, Starting A New Thread, If I Wasnt Supposed To "sorry" But I Could'nt Figure It Out.
