Introductions - New from Nebraska

Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I joined about a week ago and have been checking out the different forums. It looks like there are a lot of nice supportive people at 3FC :hug:, which is just what I need. My name is Bridgette, I'm 30 years old, married with a four year old daughter. I've struggled with my weight most of my life, but its seems the older I get the harder I have to work to lose a pound. After turning 30 last month I decided it's time to take care of my struggle with my weight, NO MORE EXCUSES! :carrot: So here I am. I know I will find the support I need to meet my goal. My name is Kelly and I'm also new here. I'm 31 and the mother of 1 (almost 8 yr old) little girl. I've lost 50 pounds since last September on a diet plan called Slim4Life (similar to LA Weight Loss). I've gained 10 lbs back and now have 20 to go to reach my goal. I live in the Kansas City area---what part of Nebraska are you in? My parents live in Grand Island. Kelly, I've lived a few places in NE, Phillips, Grand Island, North Platte, York, Beatrice, and for the last 2 1/2 years we have returned to GI.

I just wanted to say hello from Iowa! I too just joined the group and plan on my first ww meeting Wednesday morning. (2nd time around) this weight has to go! I travel to Nebraska all the time for my job, I will be out in GI in August sometime...maybe we can meet up. Good luck to you!
