I did weigh in on Tuesday although I didn't post I was down 1.2 lbs.

Here are my stats:

Starting - 0
Week 1 - 4.2 down 10.8 to go
Week 2 - stayed the same still 10.8 to go
Week 3 - 3.6 up 14.4 to go
Week 4 - 1 down 13.4 to go
Week 5 - 2 down 11.4 to go
Week 6 - 1.8 down 9.6 to go
Week 7 - 0.6 down 9 more to go
Week 8 - 1.8 down 7.2 to go
Week 9 - 3.2 up 10.4 to go
Week 10 - out of town didn't weigh still 10.4 to go
Week 11 - 1.2 down 9.2 to go

Goal (week 21) - 15 lbs down

Here I am - trying hard to get on track - being sick has helped!

I have changed my ticker to reflect my new (in desperation) goals - I was around 211 on my last cruise so I figure if I get back down there at least the clothes will fit?

Have booked my outbound flight getting me to Orlando at 6 pm on sept 25th (in time for dinner? ha ha ha).

Only 10 more weeks to go!

frouf, you're almost to your cruise goal. you'll get there in plenty of time to hop on that plane.
