Default Sorta Sidelined. Suggestions?

A few days ago I was running barefoot. Which I know know is NOT a good idea. Anyways, the surface was uneven and scraped part of my toe off. I can't put sneakers on because it'll hit against the top and get blood all over the sock and then it'll stick and hurt and... you get the picture.

Anyways, I NEED to do some sort of cardio because I feel so lazy and fat not doing it. But, I don't know what I can do without sneakers. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Where is the cut, on the top of the toe?

Depending on how sensitive the area and what kind of cut liquid band-aid may protect it enough to allow you to put a sock on.

Otherwise

Sorry... I'm on crew, and I row like all the time, and to get what I consider a good workout in, my heels wouldn't be able to stand it.

The stationary bike was a good idea though.
