I have those same feelings. Even when I know I'm doing everything right and can feel myself making progress, I'll still feel guilty or feel like I should be doing more. I don't know why, and it worries me too, because just like you I don't want to become obsessed, just healthy! So I try to just focus on the successes I have experienced, and the progress I am making, and push the other stuff out of my mind!
