Hi everyone, was just so thrilled to have a 7.4 pound loss my first week I wanted to share with everyone! I'll be so thrilled to get into the 180's (haven't seen that in a few years) I have to say, I'm doing much better my second time around....drinking more water and adding in a little strength training this time, and I feel GREAT!

I love fitting into my old clothes! It sure is great!
Keep it up! I was at 180 when I started and a few months later I am 154~ WOW
