I DID IT!!! I snuck right up behind that treadmill and jumped on. I held right on while it kept trying to throw me off. :woops: I only went a mile. I walk at home all over the place. I was surprised at how much harder it was on the treadmill. I wear a pedometer at home when I walk and usually do about a 13 minute mile. It took me 18 min on the treadmill. Anyway, I did and I am going to jump back on again today and do another mile. We are going to go swimming after lunch too. I guess I am going to at least get a little exercise in this hotel and a little is better than none. Good luck to everyone out there. :goodluck:

WTG!!!! Keep up the great work... any exercise is a great acheivement. The treadmill is such an uphill battle for me, I am one who prefers to run and walk outside... since for some reason I tend to walk faster and further outdoors.

I think the treadmill is much harder than walking outside, but I found a trick. I put a tv in front of both my treadmill and elliptical. It makes staying on the dreadmill a little bit better and I can actually stay on longer!
