Over the weekend My DH FINALLY put up our treadmill:carrot:I tried it sunday night but I Was pooped so It didnt go so well Last night DH Did his 2 sets while I did my arm bike and about 12 min on the treadmill
This Morning i was up with the :sunny: it was go time for me and the treadmill First I said I'd do 20 then 30 then 33 (I'm wierd) I did 40 minutes on the treadmill This morning!!!!!!!!!1 NO Aches No PAin Lots of sweat I only stopped b/c I looked at the clock and I knew itwas shower time! My knees don't even hurt!:cheer: I was so awake I didn't even have coffee!
Its just a small step but I'm excited
and working out makes me crave healthy food!
