I know this is an on-line support group, but I would like to find an in-person LAWL buddy that lives in my area. I live in Wichita, KS and I have been doing ok on the plan - except I have been "playing" with the same 5-7 pounds for most of the summer. It is completely my fault - I have become bored and complacent about what I need to be doing. So today I have decided to get back on the horse and get back to the plan. Is there anyone in my area that is interested in buddying up? I seem to weigh in at my COD at the quiet times, so I have not really met anyone on the plan - so I thought I would check in here.

Sorry, I’m in Missouri. I don’t recall if anyone here is from KS. I rarely see any other clients in my center; I usually stop by during my lunch hour. Maybe we live in quiet states!
