Does it Work? - The Ab's Diet?

got the book it looks pretty good has anyone tried it with success?

My husband used it and still goes back to it if he feels a little puffy.

He only had a few pounds to lose, though.

I've heard of it, but could you give a brief overview of it? I don't really remember all that much about it!
