Fat Smash Diet - Miso Soup??????

Does anyone know if I can have Miso Soup if I'm on Phase I?

I think miso is bean based with some tofu, right? If beans and tofu are allowed, you should be able to have it. However, all the miso soup I've ever had has been extremely salty so that might be a problem.

Yea it's made form either soybeans,barley or rice with salt....
Hmm like you said the salt maybe a problem. Boooo I guess I have to X that off my list. Maybe I can find a low sodium kind.
