Default Suggestions for....

I need some help with slimming and toning the backs of my thighs and calves. I think they are too big and I am pretty sure it is fat not muscles, lol. Any exercise tips to slim down and smooth them out?

I have been walking and I hope that will help but any other suggestions will be appreciated.

Unfortunately you can't "spot reduce." Muscle and fat are 2 entirely different tissues so you can't just replace one with the other. What you can do are specific exercises that will build and tone the muscles in a specific area so when you do lose the fat those areas will appear more smooth and toned.

Wisher is right you cannot spot reduce...

What works is a reduced calorie diet, cardio and weight training...

I love to do a variety of lunges and squats for my legs this helps a lot to make them look smooth and toned...

I have found that the stepper machine at the gym has help with my legs. Both back and front,Maybe you could find some steps somewhere in your neighbourhood. Remember muslces use cals even when you are sleeping.
Good Luck

I don't know if you go to a gym or not but I find the using the elliptical backwards helps with the back of the thighs. Forward strenghthens the front. I do 4 minutes 'normal' and 2 minutes backward and repeat this for as long as you're on it. You'll feel it.
