Is it possible?
I measure myself every Sunday when I weigh in. Once it starts to slow down I'll only do it once a month but so far I'm very pleased. I am starting week 4 today and according to my measurements I've lost 12 inches throughout my body. I didn't even do my first measurements until I had lost my first 6 pounds so maybe it's even more.
Anyway, is it possible? I am getting the tape in the same spot each time as far as I can tell. It's mostly coming from my "bottom belly" the fattest part of my whole body and my chest. My thighs FINALLY lost and inch and my arms are down 1/2 inch for the first time this week. My other measurements are slowly coming along too.
