I just made this and it was realllly good. Unfortunately I just did it without measuring anything but use your own measurements according to your taste.
I think this was probably about 70 calories altogether if that. maybe 1 or 2 grams of fat but I think it was more like 1 gram of fat.

Ingredients:

2 to 3 Mushrooms (sliced)
Qtr. of an Onion (diced)
Half a Roma Tomato (diced)
Qtr. of a Bell Pepper (fine chopped)
Dried Basil Leaves
Dash of Garlic
Molly McButter Powder/Seasoning
Mrs. Dash Table Blend
White Pepper if you dont have it no problem jus use regular black pepper
Egg Whites (I used All Whites Brand)


1) I sprayed a small amount of Pam Olive Oil into small sauce pan warmed pan in med high heat.

2) Added Mushrooms, Onions, Bell Peppers, Dried Basil Leaves, Garlic and Molly McButter cooked for about 4 minutes or so then added about 2 tbs of water...Sauteed them until they became crystalized...then add tomatoes and simmer.

3) In a small frying pan i sprayed Olive Oil and warmed the pan up.

4) Added All Whites Egg Whites to frying pan...let them cook withOUT stirring them on Med to Med High heat (be careful not to cook too fast or you will burn the bottom of them). Once the top is not runny add to one side, the veggie mixture using a strainer spoon. Then carefully flip the other side over to cover the mixture. Let cook on each side for a few seconds to a minute more. then before removing from skillet add a dash of Molly McButter across the top along with Mrs. Dash Table Blend and a lil Pepper (I used White Pepper)

5) Then carefully slide it on to you plate and top with your veggie mixture and drizzle/pour a lil of the sauce over the omlette. mmmmm!

(I dont normally like bell pepper but it was really yummy made this way)
