I came across this recipe and it sounds sooo yummy gonna try it with sweet potatoe fries and also as a veggie dip...also I think in the other phases you can use this for a topping on your veggie burger or boca burger....jus an idea :)

Greek Yogurt Sauce:

Ingredients

1 cup lowfat plain yogurt (try a Greek strained yogurt if you can find it -- very creamy!)

1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and diced

1 tbsp red onions, diced

1-2 tbsp white or white wine vinegar

Fresh Dill to taste

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
Mix all ingrdients in a non-reactive bowl.

no problem at all hope ya enjoy it... I took the seeds out of my cucumbers and added a little garlic plus I put alot more dilly seed in mine and a lil more vingear for kick and it was soooooooo good! p.s. chill before serving

I love Greek food. I like to make this sauce and dip blackened grilled chicken in it..soo good!
