Default Any 100+ers using spark?

I have really gotten into the spark people website. First started out with fitday and that lasted a couple of days until someone here told me about the daily plate (which is great). Stumbled onto the spark website yesterday, and I am really loving the recipe builder and the way it accounts for your fitness (not deducting calories lost).

I was wondering if any other 100+ers were there too? If so, what is your username? I'd love to follow some 3FCers over there too

My username there is MintyFreshMama.

Yep, they have a recipe builder which is pretty cool that will calculate everything for you and you can just add it to your daily nutritional info. That's what moved me over from TDP actually because I liked the recipe feature as I want to start cooking again and want to really keep track of everything.

What software program did your hubby find? I was looking into that as well for my husband (as he doesn't want to have to use the internet for his food).

I'm on there too, NickiB68.
When I first heard of SP, it was in a very 'hush-hush' tone. Like its not supposed to be mentioned here, so I never talk about it. I've been using their resources for almost 3 months. I find it easy and fun. I took copies of the nutrition tracker to my nutritionist and she was impressed.
If you need to use a food planner, I don't think it should matter which site you use. There are lots of good ones out there. Thats just my opinion.

I have been sparking as we call it at work for awhile now, entering the food and such is really easy, and very good menu planning as well...

My user name is the same as here.....

I tried to love Spark but couldn't do it. Just too much stuff going on on that website. Fitday seems much more straightforward and not nearly as many ads for other stuff.

I'm the same. I tried it..every so often I go back on it and mess around with it, but I always end up going back to my FitDay software. I love being able to open it even if my internet is down

I usually use calorie-count.com but I'm going to try spark. A recipe counter will be nice! No more entering each ingredient in. User name is MarinePrincess.

When I first found it, I thought I'd use it a lot more than I do. This is still my primary site, but I still visit spark and a few other weight loss sites just for variety and new perspectives. My username is the same on most if not all of the sites.

I use SP (same name) and the big selling point for me over fitday was I wanted to break my meals out - see totals for breakfast, lunch, etc. I also really didn't like the look and feel of fitday when I started, although they have changed it a lot since then.

However, I really don't like the boards over at SP - I love it here.
