Okay, girls and boys, same rules as Debbie's challenge. Post up your POP days, I will add your name once for every POP day that you show me, which could potentially equal 14 days. The winner will be sent a prized bottle of my DH's Huckleberry wine. Game on?

I'm doing the cantaloupe FF today and tomorrow, and so far today is good.
unlimited green veggies & protien, and 1/2 cantaloupe (total) for the day

Do you substitute the 1/2 Cantelope for the T/O Drink? I think I could handle that.

B - 3 oz Ground Turkey
S - 2 slices Turkey
L - 4 oz boiled shrimp
S - 4 oz roasted chicken
D - 3 1/2 oz Turkey sausage
S - 2 oz Turkey Sausage

Nicole - I graduated on 6/7/07. Been working in a long term facility. I take the state boards this Thursday. Then I will be "official".

Dixie Chick - Sorry I didn't respond sooner.
But yea, the cantaloupe was in place of the TO juice. I didn't get as much of a headache thsi time as I do with the juice. And since I have been away from the program for awhile, it was unlimited green veggies and protein, where normally it would be limited.

7/13 was the 2nd day of TO, and my menu was similar to 7/12.
7/14 I was completely POP, but I had a piece of cake on 7/15. :eek: :eek:

So far today, only had water. Will post the actual menu later.

4 oz Turkey Sausage
4.5 oz Ground Turkey

4.5 oz Shrimp
4 oz fish

Sat (day 3, Reg)
B - 6 oz yogurt, 3/4 C Fiber One, (1 D, 1S)
S - Strawberries (1 F)
L - Turkey Sand, LA Lite (1P, 1V, 1S, 1Fat, 1 Lite)
S - Strawberries, LA Lite - (1 Fruit, 1 Lite)
D - 4 oz steak, 2 C Salad (1 P, 2 V)
S - Strawberries (1 Fruit)

Sun (day 4, Reg)
B - 6 oz yogurt, 3/4 C Fiber One, (1 D, 1S)
S - Lg apple (2 F)
L - Tuna Sand, LA Lite (1P, 1V, 1S, 1Fat, 1 Lite)

Great job all of you POPers. I have been POP for 3 days straight, which means that I earned the right to reserve my Harry Potter book! I will try to post my menu later on today.

Put me down for 2 days of POP (finally!)

I don't have time to write out the full menu right now, but I was definitely POP on Sat and Sunday after two days of horrible eating!

POP all weekend, and that's with 2 lunches out. :woohoo:

I'm counting today as a POP day, I was short a starch but everything else was in. Dammed maintenance with that 4th starch, it's the toughest to get in everyday. :devil:

E - 8 oz unsweetened applesauce (2 Fr)

WOW! You guys are doing a fantastic job! Here is my menu for the last 4 days, all POP!

B- Coffee w/FF H&H, 3/4 c fiber one, 3/4 c blackberries, 1 c skim milk

L-1 can tuna, 1 t. mayo, 2 slices WW lite bread, 1 c raw celery, chopped, 3 c raw spinach, 1 c cantaloupe (P,Fat,S,V,V,F)

S- 1 small banana, 3/4 c FF SF vanilla pudding, 2 T FF cool whip (F,D,C)

D- 4 oz turkey burger, 1/2 c cooked zuchinni, 1/4 c low sodium tomato sauce, 3 oz RF cheese, 2/3 c cooked pasta (P,P,V,V,S,S)

S- 1 t. peanut butter (Fat)


B- Coffee w/ FF H&H, Garden omlette with cheese, 1 slice WW bread, fresh fruit (This was at a restaurant, so I added a fat to my counts to make up for the way the omlette was cooked) (P,V,V,D,S,F,C,Fat)

L- 2 T peanut butter, 2 rice cakes (P,S)

S- S- 1 small banana, 3/4 c FF SF vanilla pudding, 2 T FF cool whip (F,D,C)

D- 3 oz LF cheese, 2 LC tortillas, 1 t. sour cream, 1/4 c. salsa, 1 c. steamed green beans (P,S,S,Fat,C,V,V)

S- 3 oz white wine (F)

L- Applebees Portabello Chicken sandwich on WW bun, salad w/dressing on side, fresh fruit (P,S,S,V,V,F,Fat)
