35 minutes on bike, 200 abs, 3.5 mile walk/jog.
Tennis this afternoon. Kinda draggy, too much weekend!

Did 4.5 miles in 49:06-had probably the longest jog ever-2 miles!!!:spin:
2.5 mile walk and 30 trips to bathroom.

35 minutes of intervals on bike, 210 abs, 3.5 mile walk/jog. Hope to get to the weights this afternoon, but loads to get done elsewhere!
Later: Yeah me! did the weight workout, added weight to bar and squated 85 lbs! Personal best, but can only do it with a spotter or I knock myself senseless trying to get the bar onto my shoulders!

Woke up early and was out the door by 5:50am and did 3.5 miles in 35:55:)
I woke up too early too- did 40 minutes of intervals, 240 abs, 3.5 mile run. Tennis this afternoon.

TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 26 miles!!!:D
15 minutes on stationery bike, 50 minutes weight workout, 201 abs.
