Down 2 pounds!!!
The first loss in 3 weeks. Maybe my body has caught up and will start another downward trend. Sure hope so. It helps get me through the teachers' lounge without stopping. :lol:

I posted on the wrong page! Anyhow, this is the end of my first week and must admit I didn't follow it totally but did my best!! Lost 3 lbs...could probably had been 5 if I hadn't eaten those potato latkes and mini-donuts....no willpower I guess when there wasn't anything else available! I'm looking forward to a much better week. My holiday is over (Hanukkah) and except that everyday someone else is bringing in goodies, I'm going ok....have managed to avoid them!
