Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, fresh blueberries, skim, equal

Lunch: Ham slice

Snack: Ranier Cherries

Dinner: Core Chicken Cacciatore, double serving of fresh green beans, smart balance light (points)

Snack: Core smoothie

lunch - salad with chicken, cucumber, chick peas, tomatoes, ff cheese, salsa for dressing, pickles

snack - nectarine, pickles

dinner - brown rice, ground turkey, stewed tomatoes, corn

vickie, i have some ranier cherries in the fridge. i'll eat some tomorrow. i've already had tons of fruit today.

l--grilled chicken, cheese, 1/2 boiled egg, onion, lettuce, tomatoes, ff ranch
s--watermelon
s--ww cake/ice cream (4 pts)
s--pineapple
s--pear

Breakfast: 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese, Del Monte Peach cup drained (this equals a double serving of peaches

Lunch: Ham slice, hamburger dills

Snack: ?

Dinner: Core Lemon Garlic Chicken broiled, Oven fries with healthy oil, double serving of broccoli with smart balance light (points)

Snack: Some kind of dairy....probably a frosty

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Spa meal points for sauce

Snack: Cormeal/bran blueberry muffin - Core if you think core ingredients baked are Core

Dinner: Sirloin burger, purple onion, FF american borden slices, hamburger dills, ketchup; corn on the cob with smart balance light (points), skim

Snack: ?

rhonda, i like mushrooms, too, but they don't like me. i'm allergic. wish i could have a portabello sometimes. oh, well.
