So, now that I can safely say I am maintaining, I thought I would post my photos. I didn't include my story because it is so similar to everyone else's but, if you would like to know more, feel free to PM me. :)

BTW I am 41 years old and 4' 11 3/4" if anyone needs to know. :)

Start date was 1/26/06 and official end date was 7/1/07

Body Fat: I get different results on my scale and handheld so the average between them is aprox 20% (Scale say 17% and handheld says 22%)

I am so discouraged...I had a baby at the end of February and I am struggling with the weight I gained...I was trying to loose weight when I got pregnant, so you can only imagine my disgust everytime I had to step on the scale at the doctor's office...When I got pregnant I was 165 pounds hoping to get to 140 before the great event...That didn't happen and I went up to a whopping 224 lbs at my heaviest while pregnant...I am trying so hard to get the weight off but it seems like I hits walls ALL THE TIME...I have tried several different diets, South Beach, The Zone, Weight Watchers and currently Grey Sheet...Grey Sheet seems to be going well, I just wish the pounds would come off a bit faster...I try to exercise 4 to 5 times a week, running 3 miles each day...I know I need to get to the gym and lift weights but with a 6 month old baby, that is VERY hard...I have considered taking the Alli pill but I hate to take meds but I am getting so discouraged...ARGH! :devil:
