Weekly Exercise Thread, July 9-15
Thought I'd start this thread.
Monday: 15 min. stationary bike, 35 min. weight lifting, 10 min. stretching
Tuesday: 35 min. elliptical, 35 min. weight lifting, 25 min. stretching
Wednesday: 35 min. run, 35 min. weight lifting, 15 min. stretching
Thursday: 35 min. elliptical, 35 min. weight lifting, 25 min. stretching
Friday: 25 min. elliptical, 45 min. weight lifting, 10 min. stretching
Saturday: 40 min. run, 10 min. stretching
Sunday: leaving on a jet plane. . .

Monday: 40 min treadmill, 1.9 miles (AM)
Tuesday: 40 min treadmill, 2.0 miles (PM) plus met with trainer to learn muscle machines
Wednesday: 30 min treadmill, 1.5 miles (AM)

Well i'm not gonna lie, i didn't do a darn thing last week.....
So i have to get back on track this week...
Mon - 40 min Weights, 15min Elliptical, and Ab's
Tues - 45 mins of basketball w/hubby....
Wed - 40 mins weights, 15 min elliptical and ab's
Thurs - Rest
Fri - 40 in weights, 15 min elliptical, 10 min bike, and ab's

Im just gonna jump right in and join the fun. Hope thats ok.
Monday: No real excercise but I did mow grass, pick limbs/sticks of the ditch around the house/drive, prune a bush.
Tuesday: 3 miles on exercise bike, maybe 1/2 mile walk.
Wednesday: 3.3 miles on exercise bike and 1 1/2 miles of walking.
Thursday: 3 miles on bike. 1 trip to switch back. 1 1/2 more miles on bike.
Friday: 1 mile on bike. School shopping all day. 2 more miles on bike late last night.
Saturday: 3 1/2 miles on the bike this morning.
Sunday: 1 mile of walking.

Monday: 30 minutes on elliptical in morning, at night 14 minutes of general exercise, and 14 of lifting weights
Teusday : 30 minutesof elliptical, 14 minutes of general exercises( used my ankle weights for the first time in years today), and hope to do the weight lifting tonight .... Did the weight lifting tonight with some crunches too!!
Wednesday:30 minutes on elliptical , 14 minutes of general exercises with ankle weights, and weight lifting tonight for 14 minutes.

I like accountability.
Monday: 45 minutes swimming/water walking
Tuesday: 20 minutes belly dancing video, 15 minutes body ball exercises
Wednesday: walked 2.5 miles at the gym
Thursday: none opted for extra hour of sleep (it was the right choice, actually)
Friday: 2.5 miles walked at the gym, 30 crunches, 10 pushups

Monday: 13,232 steps walked. Almost an hour of aerobic walking.
Tueday: 12,075 steps walked. 35 minutes aerobic walking. wall squats: 2 sets of 15, leg lifts: 2 sets of 15, crunches: 40

I did nothing last week, but I'm improving this week.
Monday - 1 mile walk
Tuesday - 1 mile walk, climbed the stairs at the community center 8 times. ( I figure taking my nearly 300lbs up and down should count for something
Wednesday - 1 mile walk, 10 min on stationary bike. I would have done more, but the new shoes were killing my feet. Back to the old shoes for tomorrow.
