Default I'm back and my plan is to be a loser again!
Hi All!

Well, it's been about 10 mos since I've been here. I went and got knocked up. On June 10, I gave birth to my 1st child, Dallas Jeffrey.

I am about 22 lbs above where I was pre -prego, but would like to lose about 40 lbs total.

So, it's back to the grind, hitting the treadmill and watching my portions.

I look forward to meeting new people and catching up with some old friends on here.

congrats to you(i had a baby in late april)
bfing will help you lose the weight, i did it for 6 weeks and lost all my pregnancy weight by the time my son was 7 weeks
