Weight Loss Surgery - Camel Apple Salad.... AWESOME!!!

Well belive it or not we had a food tasting event at our monthly support group a few weeks ago and I just have to pass on this UNBELIVIBLE Recipe...


Carmel apple salad!!! YUMMY!!!

5 to 6 apples pealed cored and chopped
1 small can of crushed Pinapple in Juice ( not in syrup )
1 8 oz tub of lite Cool whip
1 package of Fat Free, Sugar Free Buttescotch pudding mix
1/2 cup chopped Dry roasted peanuts (optional)
Place all ingrediants in a bowl EXCEPT APPLES and NUTS, mix well
Fold apples into mix and top with nuts!!!
Enjoy... This is always a BIG hit at parties and events.

That does sound good... bet crushed gram crackers on top instead of the nuts (to save on calories) would be wonderful too Mmmmmm mmmmm almost apple pie like :)

Sounds yummy to me also. I think I'll go with the crushed graham crackers also when I get to the point that I can have it. I don't think I'm supposed to have any nuts.
I did have to laugh about the previous answers because I also thought it might have something to do with a camel. Didn't know what, but something. LOL.
