Yesterday (around one o'clock) we went out to eat and I had a great seafood salad.
My husband got a combo fried oyster and fried shrimp poboy. I did my first "cheat" and ate one...just one...of his oysters (it was great btw)...
then yesterday evening, I was STARVING!! I didn't eat anything "bad", but was constantly looking in the fridge...I ate a turkey/lettuce wrap, then ate a whole bowl of broccoli, then a peanut butter cup and a little piece of SB angel food cake with about a tablespoon of coolwhip on top...obviously I went "over" on dessert..

My question...could that one little fried oyster have set me off like that?

Yes it could, not so much for physical reasons but for mental ones! Just hop back on the Beach Buggy!

Wow, the only non-SB part of a fried oyster is a little breading, right? I'm surprised that's enough to set you off. Maybe it's all the emotion and stress you've been dealing with lately.

Cat, I've been feeling cravings/munchies returning in the last couple days. I thought it might be because I've eaten too much wheat. I don't know. I'm going to get strict with myself and refocus on the plan.

Good luck to you!
