Default Question for you

How many points worth of butter do you use on average per day?

None. If I'm sauteeing something I'll use cooking spray or olive oil instead.

None, but I make sure I have 2 tsps (2 points) of olive oil.

I love butter. I love it on toast, sandwiches, and I HAVE to have it on my vegetables. I love my veggies, but I have always had them with butter and salt. I am probably using at LEAST 3 tsp (3 points worth) of butter everyday. I know it isn't a good thing...but I have REALLY cut down on the amount of butter I would normally use which is a good thing.

I would really like to get out of the habit of spreading butter on my bread and needing it on my veggies, but it makes everything taste so much better.

Have you tried using the butter spray? I think it's 0 points for something like 16 squirts (that is reaching back into my memory, so don't quote me on how many squirts!!!) It might not taste as good as the real thing, but after awhile it will seem like "normal" and then you are saving those three precious points!!!!

Yep, I use the butter spray when I "have" to have that taste. Fortunately, we haven't been butter on everything people for a long time and that habit is way in my past.

Thanks for the butter spray suggestion. I went to the grocery store this morning and picked it up. I am going to use it tonight instead of butter. Thanks so much gals!
