vickie its a recipe Ive always used ..then found out its core!
Whole wheat pasta-cooked and drained
1 -2 tins of tomatoes-whizzed in blender or V8 juice (but its not core)
1/2 pound leanest ground beef-cooked with out fat and drained
1 onion cooked in ground beef
Mix all together add some Mrs. Dash original spices.
Mix again.
Cut up about 4 slices of fat free cheese slices and mix thru the mixture. Heat in 350 degree oven till the cheese is melted.
This is a family favourite..and very easy quick and economical to make.

Yum...Patti, it sounds better than mac and cheese! It sounds like a cheeseburger. I'll give this a try for sure.
