I have been drinking Enviga energy drink, I've got to say it really gives me energy. Im only drinking it once a day after my workouts.Anyone else try drinking these either before or after a workout? I would like to know if anyone has tried drinking it 3 times a day. Its supposed to work more efficiently according to the can.

That's a good point. Haven't thought of it that way. Although at this time I'm only drinking a can on occasion after my workouts, I find that it gives me that extra energy. Wowie! it does get expensive to drink them 3 times a day. We all know we can loose 11 pounds easily without it too.
