What is the difference between a light snack and a heavy snack? I am doing the Fs diet.:?:

I am not sure what a heavy snack would be considered. Maybe a thing of yogurt and and a couple of pieces of fruit. That is what I am going to do. I would think that a heavy snack might have some protein as part of it, but just a guess.
