Hi, Many moons ago in the 80's I went to Diet Center. I had a really good recipe for a chicken casserole from their cookbook. It had chicken breast and Wasa crackers and I don't know what else in. (Maybe egg?) Anyway, I can't remember how to make it and can't find my old cookbook. I was hoping that maybe someone on here was familiar with it and could help me out. Many thanks in advance for any help!!

Have you tried searching for the book at Amazon or eBay? You could probably find a really cheap copy.

4 whole chicken breasts
4 wasa brod (lite rye)
broken in small peices
4 tb minced onion

1 1/2 cups cooked mushrooms chopped
sage and salt and pepper to taste
4 tb water enough to moisten dressing
wash chicken mix all the stuff and stuff chicken
place on open pan and cook 30 min 350 degrees
let me know if this is it or not and I can look at the other chicken recipes ok?
do you know what this Diet was based on? Portions? Calories or what? I remember my Mom lost alot of weight on it and she gave me her old book but I never started it? xoxox Red
