Default Labneh

I'm on the diabetic exchange foodplan. Does anyone know what Labneh (Middle Eastern yogurt chees) gets counted as? The nutritional information for 2 tbsp is 70 calories, 7 grams of fat, and 2 Carbohydrates.

Afraid I don't really "know" . . . but based on the nutrition information you quoted, I'd probably count it as 1.5 fat, since it is predominantly fat. I wouldn't worry about the 2 carbs. Perhaps go a tiny bit smaller on a normal carb serving if you are getting pretty tight for the day.

Hope that helps a bit.
