YES! I was looking for this thread. I participated for the first time last month, and it made me so excited to write down my exercise and see exactly what I was doing day to day.
My goals for this month:
Workout at least 6 times a week, if not 7
1400 minutes of cardio total for the month! [NOT including cool downs!]
Be more active in daily life (not really something I can record, but anyways... I might get a pedometer soon though, see what I can do with that)

2 months of completed exercise goals (:woohoo:), and I'm going for a 3rd! Again, I'm bumping up my goal by 60 minutes to 720 (up from 660). Let's see how it goes! (UPDATE: So... Obviously it's been going kinda craptastic. I have started doing the C25k plan; trying to shake it up a little. I'm taking it reaaaaaaaal slow with the running. I'm probably going to make the 10 week program into a 20/30 week program, as I don't want to injure myself doing high impact exercises while I'm this big. But I haven't been having any pain yet, so that's good.)

I want to set similar goals to those I achieved in June. And maybe push myself a bit further. I don't want to heap on loads more time, because I'll be spending at least one week on vacation. I do want to try and get in a couple of swims. And I plan on continuing with the C25K program.
