I just joined a gym and, thank goodness, they keep the AC cold! Kelly_S 06-29-2007, 11:47 AM I've never done it in heat. I do mine at the gym in the AC or at home in AC. But heat can take energy away not only lifting weights but other activities. Stay really hydrated. settie 06-29-2007, 12:47 PM It is much harder to work your muscles in the heat. Keep a fan on, perhaps do a bit less and drink, drink, drink.;) andreaphilip3 06-29-2007, 02:20 PM thanks guys:) vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
