Default cookie cake yum

Hi all. I want to do a cookie cake for my friends birthday (who is not on a diet, but I'd like to make it a LITTLE weight friendly). Does anyone have a good recipe for me or do you think I should just use the pillsbury pre rolled kind? Thanks!

I don't know. I have never made a cookie cake and the only ones I have ever seen are the ones at Mrs. Fields. But, it does sound yummy. Let us know how you make out! And if you discover any tips!

Hi,
I made this cake for a graduation party a few weeks ago. It was a big hit!
they could not get enough of it.
I poured Hot fudge (low fat)on each slice.
here is a link to the recipe. Oh. No cooking. and Ice cream cake, yummy. And I made it low fat/low sugar. No one even knew the difference.
