I have the Crunch Salsa video and even though i'm sure I look like a fool doing it, it is fun! I got it for a decent price at Target.

I just got Denise Austin's Fat Burning Dance Mix that's kind of fun. She's a little perky for me, but the dance combos are fun. I also have the Yoga Booty Ballet series. The Cardio Cabaret, Latin Groove, and Hip Hop Abs are my favorite ones to dance to. They can be a little campy/cheesy also, but they're fun. I also have some Richard Simmons videos that I still enjoy. He's the one that got me started on dancing for exercise, but now most of his are too easy, and don't give me the workout I need. They're still fun every now and then, and they're great to start with.

The only one I've ever really liked is Quick Fix: Hip Hop. LOVE it.

I don't know if this would be good for people who actually know how to dance, LOL, but I find it challenging (2 left feet)

I really like the Prevention "Dance It Off" with Jennifer Galardi. It's nice because there is a warm up & cool down that stay the same, but several styles of dance to choose from for the main workout (hip hop, ballet, jazz etc.) So it takes a long time to master all of it.

I've finally got the hang of the Latin Dance section -- IT TOOK ME SEVERAL TIMES TO NOT LITERALLY TRIP HOWEVER I'M SURE IT'S EASY FOR MOST PEOPLE! Now that I can do it I turn the sound off and do that section to my fave Poncho Sanchez CDs.....VAYA!!!

I think the hostess is cute and motivating -- not soooo chirpy as to get on my nerves, as with some in other vids!
